During the few weeks of this group practice, I had more light-bulb moments than years of personal therapy. The research-based solutions and tools we learned really helped me to have new language and methods to use in navigating life with anxiety. (Fall 2022 Participant)
Living in constant states of stress and anxiety is taking a toll on your work, your family life, and your health. No matter what you do, you can't seem to slow down. You're perpetually wracked with feelings of guilt, worry, and irritation, and you don't know how to get out of this unproductive and frustrating cycle. Your energy is shot and your body feels awful. Anxiety has you ungrounded and wanting to run as far away as possible.
This is the experience of more women than ever who are struggling to live with anxiety. With women bearing a disproportionate mental and emotional load and being most impacted by the last two years of challenge, it's no wonder women are suffering.
The Anchoring Anxiety Thrive Circle empowers women to manage their anxiety in ways that help them build a calm, connected, powerful life. It draws on the latest research and clinical wisdom in anxiety management while providing a supportive forum for testing new strategies and ways of being.
We may not always be able to stop stressors that are pummeling at us, but we can gain a solid base and kit of resources to find our peace in the midst of the storm.
