Galia Collaborative is proud to have three certified facilitators of the Fair Play method, a revolutionary approach to ending the gendered division of labor and giving women back the space they need and deserve to thrive.
Fair Play was developed by Eve Rodsky in response to one of the most intractable dilemmas of our time: the reality that women continue to bear the bulk of the mental load and domestic responsibilities, despite couples genuinely desiring equal responsibility.
The system is designed around four easy-to-follow rules. It offers a path forward out of the literal and figurative mess and gives couples a way to end the arguments and resentment. It also gives parents and future parents a model to show children that a fair and balanced household is possible.

Work with our trained facilitators
Our team has been certified to provide coaching in the Fair Play system. Our team combines clinical and relationship expertise with a proven and effective system to offer couples a solution to their domestic dilemmas.
Attend a workshop
We regularly host live and virtual training sessions teaching the Fair Play system. These sessions distill the skills individuals and couples need to put the principles into action and to create real change at home. Contact us about hosting a workshop for your group or organization.
