Provider Connection Event
Thurs, July 30th from 5:30p - 7:30p
Great work doesn’t happen in isolation, and our care is strengthened through our connections with one another. This summer, we’re gathering to celebrate those connections. Join us for an open-house-style evening with light bites, drinks, and good company.
As part of the fun, we’ll be hosting a community book swap! Bring a few books you’ve loved and are ready to pass along, and leave with something new. We’re also collecting gently used children’s books to donate to Queen City Book Bank.
Bring a colleague. Come as you are. We’d love to see you!

Breathwork Classes
Multiple dates
This guided breathwork session is designed to help you surrender to the breath, release stored tension, and sink into profound stillness and healing. Using rhythmic breathing patterns, intentional music, and intuitive guidance, we will activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing for deep relaxation and energetic release.
Whether you’re looking to process emotions, gain clarity, or simply reconnect with yourself, this class provides a safe space to let go and realign with your inner wisdom. No prior experience is necessary—just come with an open heart and a willingness to breathe.

Yoga Therapy for Anxiety Relief
Multiple Dates. Upcoming: Sat, 7/18 from 11a - 12:30
This differs from a traditional yoga class—it’s a therapeutic space for self-compassion, grounding, and balance, meeting you exactly where you are. While the initial focus is on anxiety relief, the class may evolve based on the needs and interests of the group.

Shelf-Care
Monthly - June 16, 2026, 7pm-9pm
Shelf Care is a community gathering space for curious, thoughtful women who love books—and the conversations they spark. Hosted by the clinicians of Galia Collaborative, this in-person book club invites you to explore stories that resonate with your life, your relationships, and your growth.
Each session centers on a thoughtfully selected book—ranging from memoirs and self-help to fiction and narrative nonfiction—that opens a window into the human experience. Whether you’re diving deep into your emotional world, gaining fresh perspective on identity or relationships, or simply looking for connection through meaningful conversation, Shelf Care offers a space to reflect, connect, and grow.
Come to one session or many. Each discussion stands on its own and welcomes new and returning participants. We meet in our cozy office with warm drinks, good snacks, and even better company.

Let Your Body Speak
Fri, July 31st from 12:00p - 4:00p
So much of our lives are lived from the neck up. We think, analyze, problem-solve, and narrate. And while that part of us is powerful, it can also leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, from our emotions, and from the subtle signals that are always trying to reach us.
Through guided breathwork, reflective writing, and shared space, we will gently explore what becomes available when we shift our attention inward.
On a summer Friday afternoon, we invite you to step out of the noise and into something quieter, deeper, and often overlooked — your own body.
