When the Unexpected Happens: Business Continuity for Small Mental Health Practices
Free Virtual Community Session
Friday, April 24th, 12:00-1:00pm EST
Running a practice means wearing a lot of hats, and when something unexpected happens, it can quickly disrupt client care and daily operations. In this practical, down-to-earth session, you’ll build a simple continuity plan using three approachable areas: process, systems, and people.
You’ll walk away able to:
- Set up a clear process for how client records and responsibilities would be handled if you’re unexpectedly unavailable
- Organize your systems so critical info (insurance details, payroll/banking access, vendor contacts, key documents) is easy to find when it matters
- Strengthen your people plan by making sure day-to-day admin tasks (scheduling, billing, intake) aren’t dependent on just one person
- Choose one improvement to implement in the next 14 days to reduce stress and increase capacity
Seats are limited so we can keep it engaging, answer real questions, and tailor examples to the group.
