We’re Thoughtfully Expanding Our Clinical Team
At Galia Collaborative, our mission is to support individuals in living with greater clarity, confidence, and connection. We do this through depth-oriented psychotherapy, thoughtful clinical expertise, and a commitment to meaningful, sustainable change.
We are selectively expanding our clinical team. We’re looking to welcome one to two experienced clinicians who resonate with our values and who feel energized by the kind of work Galia is known for.
Who Thrives at Galia
Our clinician team is deeply invested in the craft of therapy. They approach their work with intellectual curiosity, emotional presence, and a desire to sit with complexity. Many of our clients seek support beyond symptom relief—they come to us for deeper, longer-term work, and our clinicians understand how to hold space for insight, nuance, and growth over time.
This role is a strong fit for therapists who:
- Have several years of clinical experience providing longer-term relational psychotherapy
- Feel comfortable stepping into a steady caseload and working with clients who value depth
- Are grounded in a clinical identity and can work autonomously within a supportive framework
- Appreciate a collaborative environment without the bureaucracy or productivity pressures of larger systems
- Value consultation, professional development, and being part of a community that takes the work seriously
Many of our clinicians join us after spending time in private practice or carrying an established caseload elsewhere. While this is not a requirement, it often means they’re ready to step into the work with confidence and ease.
What We Offer
Galia is designed to be a clinical home—a place where therapists can bring their full selves and do their best work.
Our structure includes:
- A thoughtfully organized, supportive practice environment
- Robust administrative and operational systems
- Marketing and practice-building support tailored to your goals
- A culture of consultation, curiosity, and shared wisdom
- Flexibility, autonomy, and space to shape your clinical interests
- A community that believes in wellbeing, empowerment, and whole-person engagement
Galia is an employee-based model and offers eligible employees with:
- Retirement plan with employer match
- Voluntary disability and life insurance
- Health, dental, and vision insurance plans
- Professional development stipend
- Opportunities for bonus and profit sharing
We strive to offer the benefits of private practice without the isolation, overwhelm, or logistical burdens that often accompany it.
Alignment Matters
To ensure the best fit, it may be helpful to share what this role does not emphasize: short-term, high-volume treatment structures or predominantly administrative responsibilities. Clinicians who are still in the earlier stages of building psychotherapy experience may also find this role less aligned with their current needs. However, we are proud to host our Galia Training Institute to support in this development.
We’re hoping to connect with therapists who feel at home in sustained, thoughtful clinical work—colleagues ready to contribute to and grow within a deeply engaged clinical community.
