What Breathwork Feels Like
Breathwork can feel like a kind of massage for the nervous system—softening tension, loosening what has been held, and creating space for both subtle and profound release. While we cannot see the nervous system directly, we experience its impact in our daily lives: in anxiety, chronic stress, emotional reactivity, or patterns of numbing like scrolling, overworking, or other compulsive behaviors.
Holotropic Breathwork invites a different kind of relationship with these experiences, one rooted in curiosity, connection, and care.
Sessions typically include guided breathing rounds, music, optional movement, and periods of rest and integration. Together, these elements support the nervous system in settling, opening, and recalibrating, often revealing what the body is ready to process and heal.
Group Breathwork
Our group sessions are intimate experiences that allow for powerful inner work in a safe and supportive environment.
A series of at least three sessions is suggested to support a nervous system care routine. Attendees have the opportunity to focus their inner work during breathing and meditations.
Following the suggested three session course, depending on needs and goals, sessions approximately once per month are encouraged to continue to build and maintain capacity.
Individual Breathwork
Individual breathwork is an ideal pathway for individuals who have specific areas of focus they would like to address with the support of an experienced facilitator.
These sessions are highly personalized and can be tailored to fit your specific physical and emotional needs.
Individual breathwork starts with an intake session that includes a needs assessment, goal setting and breathwork practice.
