The Quiet Retreat Day: A Day for Reflection and Renewal
Step away from the noise. Create space for yourself.
There are very few places in modern life designed simply for slowing down.
Most of us move from meeting to message, errand to obligation, child to calendar, rarely pausing long enough to truly notice what’s happening. Our attention is fragmented. Our inner world gets drowned out.
The Quiet Retreat Day is an invitation to reclaim a different rhythm.
We'll spend an unrushed day creating something many of us have lost: margin.
Not for the sake of productivity later, but genuine space to breathe, reflect, create, and simply be. The kind of space where your nervous system can settle, your attention can return, and you can be outside constant demands of daily life.
Whether you're feeling emotionally stretched, mentally cluttered or simply longing for a calmer pace, this retreat offers a gentle invitation to pause before the momentum of the holidays carries you forward.
Leave feeling more grounded, more present, and more connected to yourself and to what matters most.
A Day Designed Differently
Unlike so many other demands and experiences in our lives, The Quiet Retreat Day intentionally leaves room to breathe.
The day combines gentle guidance with meaningful choice. We’ll offer shared moments of reflection balanced with spaciousness, allowing you to follow your own pace and curiosity through activities like Soul Collage, Breathwork, meditation, writing, an interactive self-care bar and connection with like-minded community
You'll never feel pressured to participate in everything or to "do retreat well." Instead, you'll be invited to notice what your mind and body are asking for, and to honor that.
Your restoration might look like creating.
What You'll Experience
Set your phone aside, enjoy a wonderful lunch, and take the opportunity to move between a variety of restorative practices, choosing what feels most nourishing.
Offerings include:
- guided meditation and mindfulness practices
- SoulCollage® for creative reflection and self-discovery
- reflective journaling and thoughtfully guided writing prompts
- gentle energy work
- quiet spaces for reading, resting, or simply being
- an interactive self-care bar featuring small practices and sensory experiences
The intention isn't to accomplish, but rather to create the kind of internal and external space that modern life so rarely allows.
This Retreat May Be For You If...
- You spend much of your life caring for others, whether as a parent, partner, caregiver, leader, or simply the person everyone depends on.
- You are longing to spend meaningful time turning inward.
- You find yourself constantly planning, remembering, organizing, solving problems, or managing the invisible work of everyday life.
- You are making time for yourself and a day-long retreat feels more possible than a full weekend or out-of-town retreat.
- You miss having uninterrupted time to think your own thoughts.
- You've been craving a slower pace, but haven't known how to create it.
- You feel emotionally full, mentally scattered, creatively disconnected, or just overdue for a deep exhale.
- Or maybe nothing feels particularly wrong. You simply recognize that caring for yourself deserves the same intentionality that you so often extend to everyone else.
