For many women, an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood—especially in midlife—comes as both a relief and a reckoning. It can explain so much: the overwhelm, the lost keys, the half-finished projects, the emotional intensity, the feeling of always trying harder than everyone else just to stay afloat.

But with clarity often comes grief—grief for the girl who was called lazy instead of bright, the teen who was labeled dramatic instead of struggling, the woman who carried shame for being “too much” or “not enough.” If you’ve recently been diagnosed or believe the diagnosis fits, you may be revisiting your past through a new lens—and asking, What now?

This Thrive Circle is a supportive group space designed for women who are ready to better understand their ADHD, honor their lived experience, and move forward with greater clarity, compassion, and strength.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed or years into your journey, we'll offer education, validation, and tools tailored to the unique ways ADHD shows up in women—especially in the context of relationships, identity, hormones, and the daily juggling act of life.

This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you understand your brain, find what works for you, and connect with others who truly understand. You do not need to have been formally diagnosed with ADHD to participate in this circle. It is also appropriate for those who are curious about the ADHD experience or suspect that they may have ADHD.
