Whether your pain stems from romantic relationships, family dynamics, or friendships, this group offers a structured and compassionate path forward. Together, we’ll make space for reflection, validation, and growth as we begin to understand where these patterns come from and how we can begin to shift them.
Each session blends education and insight with space for personal exploration and community connection. You’ll leave with greater clarity, tools for healing, and a stronger sense of self as you navigate your relationships with more awareness and intention.
