The ADHD Parenting Lab is a structured, supportive Thrive Circle designed specifically for parents of children ages 4 – 10 with diagnosed or suspected ADHD. This group blends education, reflection, and hands-on skill practice so you leave each week with tools you can actually use.
Guest Speaker: Holding Space Collaborative – a group of occupational therapists that work directly with families navigating suspected or diagnosed neurodivergence through supportive intervention.
