I am a wife, mother, therapist, and psychiatrist. Like you, I hold many roles and identities, all giving depth and meaning to each other.

I arrived at my medical training by way of my earlier studies in philosophy, and I have always worked to interweave both science and the art of caring for patients through their most challenging moments.

The first decade of my career was dedicated to clinical research at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where I focused on developing novel medications for Child Psychiatry. In 2019, I shifted my focus from research to patient care, and since then have maintained a specialty practice with a small caseload, which allows me to provide personalized, compassionate care to my patients.

I firmly believe that relationships give meaning to our lives. By building trust with my patients, I strive to help them develop healthier connections, succeed academically and professionally, overcome anxiety, heal from trauma, and create a hopeful future.

I offer a reprieve from the traditional medication management approach and work to provide a thoughtful and holistic approach to care. My goal is to empower you to achieve calm, clarity, and connection our work together, offering you the tools to support your fullest life.

Outside of work, I enjoy practicing Pilates, crocheting, and spending time with my two boys and our pets at our home on the east side of Cincinnati.
